This error message usually appears when you are no longer a current employee or registered student. We see a lot of students get this error after a semester ends. Make sure you are enrolled in at least one class for the current semester or for an upcoming semester. The system will automatically renew your library access after 24 hours from registering. If the problem continues after you have confirmed you are a current employee or student, please contact us at asklib@olemiss.edu as this may be a deeper issue.
